Development stage activities include:

Send S/W version 0 to contract manufacturer
Validate test equipment H/W and S/W version 0 with Pilot Build
Develop manufacturing test documentation
Update S/W version of test equipment during Pilot Build

Product Release stage activities (before FCS) include:

Finalize implementation of test S/W

Initial implementation of test H/W and S/W for ICT, Functional, Burn-In and System tests at the CM site (during Engineering Prototypes)
Updated Test Coverage Plan for the different stations (Plan vs. Actual)

For the development stage Review:

Updated test S/W version (also made available to CM)
Production test equipment updated after modifications

For FCS:

Test equipment fully operational
