Pilot Build

Stage: Development

Definition

The objective is to validate the Manufacturing assembly and test process before launching full production. Activities include:

  • Check availability of pilot production documents and materials
  • Produce pre-production series
  • Perform testing
  • Analyze manufacturability
  • Register and deliver pre-production series
  • Finalize system information
  • Prepare for production start
