Define initial System and Alpha Test procedures
Procure test environment
Procure test resources
Build test environment for Unit/Integration and Engineering tests
Allocate internal/external labs for additional engineering tests
Open project in DDTS (including permissions and reports)
Set-up S/W configuration management tool and usage methodology

Activities taking place before Alpha Readiness Review include:

Build test environment for Unit/Integration and Engineering tests
Finalize System and Alpha Test procedures
Define initial Beta Test procedure and Beta nomination
Prepare Agency certification and allocate external labs
